8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIM GYM AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING:

• DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

In no event shall Vim Gym's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount you paid for the Service.

You agree to use the platform responsibly. Vim Gym isn't liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the content or platform. By using the service, you agree not to hold Vim Gym responsible for any claims related to your personal use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. We'll make reasonable efforts to provide notice when possible. Account termination may occur as needed to maintain the platform or comply with law. Upon termination, your access will cease and all data associated with your account may be deleted.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
